The DeSoto - Reservations - Room Availability

We are hosted by the USA Fleet this year. Thanks to the committee of Ted Crosby, John Peckham, and Diane Lander we have a fun weekend planned for all.
The weekend’s itinerary is as follows:
The $200 pp registration fee includes the continental breakfasts, the reception before the dinner, and Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour, and the buffet dinner. Hotel rooms start at just $230 per room + taxes and service charges.
Friday, October 23: Arrive at Hotel DeSoto. No formal events since many may arrive late after a long flight from the west coast.
Saturday, October 24: Hosted Continental Breakfast in the Harborview Room of the hotel starting at 7 AM. Day 1 of our meetings starts at 8:00 AM and ending at noon at the latest.
Saturday afternoon activity: Meet at the hotel lobby and walk to the Hop On Hop Off Trolley car to tour some of Savannah’s sights. A trip to Savannah is not complete without touring the maritime museum and the waterfront along River Street. The trolley will transport us to all of these places. Lunch is on your own – many great restaurants in Savannah to stop and enjoy some southern cuisine.
Saturday Night: Join us in The Library at the hotel for a reception starting at 6 PM with appetizers and a cash bar (or credit cards). We will proceed to the Ossabaw Room for a lovely buffet dinner at 7 PM and our Change of Watch Ceremony. Plenty of time to socialize and mingle with other CYA members.
Sunday Morning: Hosted continental breakfast at 8 AM in the Harborview Room with meetings starting at 8:30 and continuing not past noon.
Sunday Afternoon: More exploring Savannah on your own. Several suggestions will be provided soon.
